Cancelling an Order

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Please be aware that although refunds are authorised immediately, it may take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

The Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages & Faults


Consignments damaged either via courier must be reported to us within 5 days as per our courier claims policy. Please send photos of the damage to the Box/Packaging and Roll, we will also need photographic proof of the label including Pattern number, Batch and bar code for the claims process.


Faulty Wallpaper

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do happen. If you are unlucky enough to have received wallpaper that has a fault please report it to us at or phone us on 02890240678, as early as possible. If you could have a photograph of the fault along with any labels of faulty rolls we can resolve it as soon as possible.
